MS Product Presentation Guidelines
Hello crew!
In one week’s time, you will be in front of your Market Stand employees and your resident Market Stand presidential board attempting to convince us to produce and sell your product.
Part of convincing your audience to show interest in your product is showing them that you are also a (wo)man with a plan – of the business sort.
Below is an outline for how to write a business plan. Take this outline into consideration when putting together your Product Proposal Presentations:
- What are you proposing to sell: (statement of the business purpose)
- Body of the document
- Business
- Description of business
- Marketing Strategy
- Competition
- Operating procedures
- Personnel
- Financial data
- Capital equipment and supply list
- Balance sheet
- How are you going to keep track of the money you make and spend?
- Break-even analysis
- How much do you have to make to break even?
- Profit and loss statements
- How are you going to figure out if you made money?
- Detail by week: Timeline to profit
- Supporting documents
- Copies of cost of supplies from sellers
- Copies of resumes from all principals
- Copies of letters of intent from suppliers, etc.
